MD(SSCD) Wire Drawing Dies

Synthetic diamond dies are primarily categorized into Monocrystalline Diamond (SSCD) and Polycrystalline Diamond (PCD) types. Both offer exceptional hardness and wear resistance but differ in their structure and performance. Monocrystalline Diamond (SSCD) dies are made from a single synthetic crystal, offering superior surface finish, precise dimensional control, and excellent thermal conductivity, ideal for fine and medium wire drawing. SSCD dies are commonly used for drawing non-ferrous wires such as copper, aluminum, gold, and silver.

Weilly Diamond – SSCD Dies for Lasting Precision & Performance

At  Weilly Diamond, we specialize in MD / SSCD dies designed for critical applications requiring tight tolerances, mirror-finish surfaces, and consistent performance in high-speed drawing operations. Our dies support various wire sizes and are widely used for bonding wires, medical-grade wires, and precious metal applications.

Our deep expertise, strict quality control, and advanced polishing techniques ensure reliable die life and repeatable performance, helping you reduce costs and improve productivity.
